  • TRX with a Twist- A type of training tool that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength. It will increase flexibility, build muscle, and tighten your core. Toning and Cardio are added in between TRX training.
  • Cardio Sculpt- interweaves short, high-intensity aerobic intervals between varied total body toning routines. By keeping your heart rate up during the toning you will maximize fat-burning as you build muscle.
